After the signing of the MOU, the Project Delivery Agreement (PDA) cements the partnership and details future plans for the Redmond Place site. The PDA outlines the plans for a new 25-hectare precinct on Orange’s eastern outskirts alongside Redmond Place.

Re-zoning proposal goes on public exhibition for community comment
The land for the Redmond Place project, currently zoned as rural agricultural land and water catchment, will have to be re-zoned to allow housing to be built. The community will be consulted about the re-zoning proposal during this phase, by making formal submissions.
