Community Climate Action Plan - OCC Staff Survey

Orange City Council is developing a Community Climate Action Plan to outline how Council will support the Orange community in its transition to net zero emissions and increased climate resilience.

The Plan will describe the actions Council will take to protect our assets and services, strengthen our preparedness for climate impacts, and help ensure Orange remains a liveable and thriving city for generations to come.

This survey aims to understand staff perspectives and capacity in relation to delivering Council’s climate‑related governance objectives. Climate governance refers to the policies, processes, and actions undertaken by Council that reduce greenhouse gas emissions or improve our ability to anticipate, respond to, and recover from climate impacts.

This survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.
