Orange City Council is undertaking a survey to find out what community members think about Council services and facilities.

You can complete the survey by clicking here.

The survey aims to check in with the community on the delivery of the Community Strategic Plan, which captures what matters most to the community, including aspirations, priorities and hopes for the future. The survey will be used to assess how well these objectives are being met.

Council's last community survey was undertaken in 2023, and this year's survey will:

  • Measure satisfaction against the 2023 benchmarks.
  • Measure community satisfaction with Council services and facilities.
  • Identify priorities for services and facilities.
  • Benchmark results against other local government areas.

This survey is being conducted independently by Micromex Research. While 400 randomly selected residents will be contacted by phone, the online survey is open to all residents.

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and will be open until 9am on Monday 23 November 2026.

Thank you for taking the time to participate. Council values feedback from all members of our community.
