2019 Staff Excellence Award Nominations are now open!!
As part of Council's Employee Recognition Procedure the Staff Excellence Awards is a way of publically recognising employees that demonstrate excellent behaviours consistent with our corporate values.
All staff are encouraged to nominate an individual for the following categories:
- Safety
- Leadership
- High Performance
- Integrity
- Customer Focus
- Respect
- Ownership
- EEO/Equality
You can also nominate a team (either a project team or work group) for a High Performing Team award.
An Employee's Choice Award will also be awarded. This award will be based on the employee who receives the highest amount of nominations across all categories listed above.
Staff can make nominations for more than one person. The awards will be based on a merit based selection.
Winners will be announced at a new staff event to be held later in the year.
