When are the Staff Excellence awards announced?
Winners of the Staff Excellence Awards will be announced at a staff event to be held later in the year.
When are the long service awards announced?
Council will celebrate the long service of staff with a service award presentation.
Service Awards aim to acknowledge the various years of service with a service certificate and a gift card that supports the local community (for example, a “shop local” gift card). All employees who reach one of the set milestones will be recognised at a Divisional or Sectional meeting twice a year. These presentations/meeting will ordinarily occur in July and November.
What are the prizes?
Individual winners of the Staff Excellence Awards will be presented with a Shop Local Card to the value of $100. The service awards depends on the years of service. Please refer to the Employee Recognition Procedure for more information
